Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Jungle Junction is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Thank you for shopping at Jungle Junction! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging and/or have the original tags still attached.

• To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number. 

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

• Gift cards

• Some health and personal care items

Process

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return an item, please email customer service explaining why the return is necessary at design@junglejunctioncreations.com to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving a EMA/RMA number, place the product securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Upon approval, your refund/exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be shipped to you or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at design@junglejunctioncreations.com
