Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging and/or have the original tags still attached.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Process
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return an item, please email customer service explaining why the return is necessary at design@junglejunctioncreations.com to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a EMA/RMA number, place the product securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Upon approval,
